Dr. Brian Fieser is a consulting psychologist and Managing Partner at Blue Crab Consulting. Throughout his career and leadership in Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy and software, he has engaged most effectively on driving outcomes that align strategic intent, business process, and software capabilities.
Brian previously served as co-founder and President/CEO of 3D Results, a boutique consultancy serving SuccessFactors/SAP HCM customers. Upon the acquisition of 3D Results by Rizing, Brian served as HCM President of North America, leading the largest dedicated and certified consultancy in the SAP/SuccessFactors global ecosystem. Brian also serves as a non-profit board member, investor, and advisor to technology enabled professional service start-ups and was a faculty member at Loyola University Chicago.
Brian currently resides in Oak Park, IL, a near suburb of Chicago.
Hendrik Fischer is a Managing Partner at Blue Crab Consulting. He is responsible for leading the strategic growth and daily operations of the firm. Hendrik has more than 20 years of global management experience in various high-tech and SaaS industries. His diverse leadership background makes him a successful executive in operations, global sales, and go-to-market positions.
Prior to this role at BCC, Hendrik was the EVP of Sales and Marketing for 3D Results, a premier boutique in HR consulting and SAP SuccessFactors implementation services. After the acquisition of 3D Results by Rizing, he served as the EVP of Sales for North America. Previously, he has also served as General Manager for Bell and Howell International, leading all global business activities. Hendrik holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the RWTH in Aachen, Germany and an MBA from TUM in Munich, Germany.
Hendrik currently resides in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
As Practice Director, Kelly Rasmussen is responsible for the delivery of specialized implementation services for Blue Crab Consulting. She has led hundreds of clients through implementations and truly revolutionized their talent strategies through her thought leadership and meticulous program and project management expertise. Her proven results span the globe and numerous industries in helping clients streamline processes and achieve business outcomes while improving the overall talent experience.
Kelly specializes in developing innovative talent strategies around recruitment marketing, employment brand, employee experience, ambassadorship and campus. She brings deep knowledge and a consultative, people-plus-culture first approach. Kelly dedicates herself to empowering organizations to build authentic talent attraction and management strategies.
Kelly currently resides in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
As Practice Director, Lori Marra focuses on designing and optimizing solutions for business application and processes for Blue Crab Consulting clients. Over more than two decades, she has honed her ability to drive HR business transformation through process re-engineering and HR software solutions. Lori has years of functional and technical HR-focused experience including core systems, talent acquisition and onboarding, learning, time and attendance, analytics and insights, and labor relations.
Lori has managed and implemented multiple HR and business applications, as both a client and a partner, for solutions including Oracle, Lawson, SAP SuccessFactors, and Taleo. Her experience spans countless industries, including retail, financial services, hospitality, semiconductor, insurance, utilities, telecommunications, education, and counterterrorism.
Lori currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Sally Elstad is responsible for leading BCC’s strategic change management offerings designed to guide clients through the people side of transformation. She works with a range of clients across various industries helping build insights into workforce capabilities and driving digital transformation. As an organizational psychologist, she is energized about bringing principles of psychology to change initiatives helping client’s realize business outcomes.
Prior to joining BCC, Sally held a variety of roles in HR, organizational development, professional services, and business operations. During her time at two SAP SuccessFactors professional services consultancies, Sally led the change management and digital adoption offerings, managed the internal operations and consultant enablement functions, orchestrated M&A integration activities, directed the HCM incubation team bringing new and complementary solutions to the portfolio, and managed workforce optimization and strategic initiatives.
Sally currently resides in Prior Lake, Minnesota.
